I ordered 3Lge polo shirts. Different colours. Speedy arrival. Unfortunately all the polo shirts were varied in sizes and length. I did not even try them on, I did question the size and did get a response. I have returned all 3 items today as they are unsuitable for me.

Poor sizing chart

These shirts arrived quickly and the material is lovely and soft. However the sizing chart is not accurate. They come up much much smaller than expected.

Shipping

US Standard Delivery (7-10 Working days) is charged at $2.50.
European Delivery is charged at $2.50 (7-9 working days).
Rest of the World Delivery is charged at $7.99 (10-15 working days).

Please note: the above are delivery times and do not include the time it will take to dispatch the goods from our warehouse. Some products we need to call in from our other warehouses. On each page we will list any extra delays to dispatch.

Returns

You can return your order up to 30 days after purchase. Just make sure the item is in the condition in which it arrived to you. The item should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) and that any labels or tags should be intact. You will need access to a printer to get the returns label but it will also be emailed to you, so you can print it off at another time if necessary. Please see our returns page for more information.
