Whilst we're confident that you'll love our products, we understand that sometimes things aren't quite right. Therefore, we've teamed up with an International returns specialist to make the process as easy as possible. You can return your goods to a local returns address in the USA.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order up to 30 days after purchase. Just make sure the item is in the condition in which it arrived to you. The item should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) and that any labels or tags should be intact.
You will need access to a printer to get the label but it will also be emailed to you, so you can print it off at another time if necessary.
How do I return it?

- Your order number (you can find this in your confirmation email)
- The zip code the order was delivered to OR your email address
Then you can tell us what you’re returning, how many items are coming back, and your reasons for returning them, as well whether you want a refund or an exchange.
You’ll then need to print off your label, package it securely and take it to your local drop off point - the closest of which will be shown to you. A copy of the label will be Emailed to you, so don't worry if you can't print it straight away!
How much will it cost?
You will just need to pay for the return of your goods to a US returns address. As part of our partnership with ReBOUND, we have an exclusive rate for you to use if you want to send your item back to the US returns hub on a tracked service. This is from as little as $4.50.
Alternatively, you can print off a returns label to attach to the parcel and post it back using the service of your choosing.
When you register your return, you’ll be able to see any costs before you complete registration.
If you're returning the item due to an error we made then we’ll cover the returns costs for you.
What else do I need to know?
We aim to get your return processed within 14 working days, but you’ll be kept up to date along the way with updates emailed to you at various stages.
If you’re unsure at any time, just contact us and we’ll be able to give you an update on what’s going on.
If you’ve asked for an exchange and the replacement item is not available, then we’ll process an automatic refund for that item.
We reserve the right to refuse any refund or exchange if we deem the item to not be in its original condition, salable condition or the description advised prior to the return.
We reserve the right to refuse any return on the basis of hygiene concerns. This may affect items such as jewelry, underwear, swimwear, etc.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure you package them properly and securely before posting them back to us.
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
We are not responsible for any items sent/returned to us by accident. If you want these items back, we may ask you to cover the postage costs.
