According to the chart I ordered two white blouse one in size 3X and the other in 4X just to be sure I get the size I need. Unfortunately neither fit. The 3X fits like a 1X and the 4X like 2X. so yes it was a waste of money. As seen in the picture, my 4X is under your 4X and see the comparison.

US Standard Delivery (7-10 Working days) is charged at $2.50.
European Delivery is charged at $2.50 (7-9 working days).
Rest of the World Delivery is charged at $7.99 (10-15 working days).

Returns
You can return your order up to 30 days after purchase. Just make sure the item is in the condition in which it arrived to you. The item should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) and that any labels or tags should be intact.
You will need access to a printer to get the returns label but it will also be emailed to you, so you can print it off at another time if necessary.
